Adopt a Membership Resolution

The competent body of the network (general assembly, board of directors or other governing body) must approve a formal resolution requesting membership of Rete delle Reti. The resolution must explicitly include:

• the formal request for membership of Rete delle Reti
• explicit approval of the statute of Rete delle Reti
• a commitment to paying the annual membership fee

In the same resolution, the network must declare that it has read and explicitly approves the statute of Rete delle Reti. Approval of the statute is a necessary condition for acceptance of the membership application.

Membership Fee

Commit to Paying the Membership Fee

The annual membership fee is calculated based on the number of inhabitants in the territory served by the network:

Designate the Coordinator and Administrator

Together with the documentation, the network must provide the names and contact details of two key persons:

• Network Coordinator — technical and organisational contact
• Administrator — administrative and legal representative

For each person: name, surname, organisation, email address, telephone number.

Provide Data on the Network Composition

Together with the documentation, it is necessary to provide up-to-date information on the network composition:

• number of member libraries
• number of participating municipalities
• total number of inhabitants of the territory served
