ricerca e occupazione<\/h3><p>Sebbene possa essere difficile individuare dettagli specifici sugli Obiettivi strategici 4 e 5, possiamo esaminare come la Lettonia abbia utilizzato i Fondi Strutturali per affrontare i temi pi\u00f9 ampi tipicamente associati a questi obiettivi.<\/p><h3>Innovazione e ricerca<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Infrastrutture di ricerca e sviluppo:<\/strong> La Lettonia ha investito in istituti di ricerca, parchi scientifici e centri tecnologici per creare un contesto favorevole all'innovazione.<\/li><li><strong>Sostegno alle PMI:<\/strong> Le piccole e medie imprese (PMI) sono state un punto centrale per il sostegno dei Fondi Strutturali. Sono stati attuati programmi per incoraggiare l'innovazione, la ricerca e lo sviluppo all'interno di queste imprese.<\/li><li><strong>Digitalizzazione:<\/strong> La Lettonia ha dato priorit\u00e0 alla trasformazione digitale in tutti i settori, tra cui e-government, sanit\u00e0 digitale ed e-commerce, con il supporto dei Fondi Strutturali.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Occupazione e mercato del lavoro<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Istruzione e sviluppo delle competenze:<\/strong> I Fondi Strutturali sono stati utilizzati per migliorare i sistemi di istruzione e formazione, concentrandosi sullo sviluppo di competenze in linea con le esigenze del mercato del lavoro. Ci\u00f2 include programmi di formazione professionale, istruzione superiore e apprendimento permanente.<\/li><li><strong>Politiche attive del mercato del lavoro:<\/strong> La Lettonia ha attuato politiche a sostegno delle persone in cerca di lavoro, tra cui servizi di collocamento, programmi di formazione e supporto all'imprenditorialit\u00e0.<\/li><li><strong>Inclusione sociale:<\/strong> Sono stati compiuti sforzi per affrontare l'esclusione sociale e promuovere le pari opportunit\u00e0 attraverso iniziative di occupazione rivolte ai gruppi svantaggiati.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Sfide e opportunit\u00e0<\/h3><p>Nonostante i progressi, la Lettonia fa fronte a sfide nel massimizzare l'impatto dei Fondi Strutturali. Interreg Europe \u00e8 un programma paneuropeo che sostiene lo sviluppo regionale attraverso lo scambio di esperienze e conoscenze. Consente alle regioni di collaborare per affrontare sfide comuni. Investments are intended for: the Latvian State Radio and Television Center (SM), and Latvian National libraries (KM). \u201cComputer library\u201d education will be developed in cooperation with the involved parties management model in institutions, defining both the priority groups of learners as well as technical support, maintenance and maintenance of \u201ccomputer libraries\u201d. Libraries offering comfortable and pleasant conditions for families will be a place for socialisation and communication and where people can feel equal. Project activities: entertaining and educational activities \u201cFamily Time\u201d; opportunity for parents and grandparents to participate in GAME hours in library premises; two joint festivals in Ludza and Roki\u0161ki with the participation of the most active families with children; joint seminars of the librarians involved in the project in J\u0113kabpils, Ludza and Roki\u0161ki, as well as a study trip to the libraries of Helsinki (Finland); purchase of interactive equipment, books, games in libraries for organizing project activities; creation of game platform \u201cHOME\u201d with information about partner municipalities, their institutions, natural and tourist objects \u2013 freely available in partner libraries.
